- Our custom and quality work is second to none.
- Our patients have loved the work we delivered for years and decades to come.
- We don’t rest until you have the makeover, function and overall appearance of your teeth and smile that you want and deserve.
A complete smile transformation requires more than just cosmetic improvement, it demands a careful orchestration of dental artistry, surgical precision, and long-term planning. Dr. Marlin’s approach combines all three elements, addressing not only how your teeth look but how they function and how your overall facial profile develops over time. Every aspect of the restoration, from tooth positioning and shade selection to bite alignment and gum contours, plays a role in creating a natural, beautiful result that enhances your facial proportions and gives you confidence.
This patient was referred by her orthodontist for cosmetic and functional correction. She was congenitally missing multiple teeth. As a result of having a collapsed bite, her profile needed to be increased either by surgical correction or with crowns. We were able to avoid surgical correction. In order to achieve the result, we replaced all of her missing teeth with dental implants and bone grafts, but had to wait for the placement of the implants until she was 18 years old. She is a beautiful, accomplished woman, who is presently in law school with an eye towards international law.
What made this case particularly remarkable was the patience and planning involved. Rather than rushing to treatment, we worked with her orthodontist and her family to determine the optimal timing for implant placement. This collaborative approach ensures that the final result not only looks stunning but will serve her beautifully throughout her life. The years of careful planning and precision execution transformed not just her smile, but her entire life trajectory.
