D2000 Laboratory Bench Scanner

While intraoral scanners have improved significantly, they often lack the precision needed for the tightest-fitting zirconia crowns, veneers, and implant abutments. Our D2000 bench scanner bridges that gap by creating a digital impression from a physical model, combining the accuracy of traditional impressions with the flexibility of digital design. This allows our technician to fabricate restorations with margin accuracy that meets Dr. Marlin’s exacting standards.

Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)

Our Carestream 9300 CBCT scanner produces highly detailed 3D radiographic images that reveal bone height, width, and density, as well as the exact position of nerves and sinus cavities. This data is essential for surgical preplanning, especially for dental implant cases and full mouth reconstruction, where millimeter-level precision determines the success of the outcome.

CBCT-Generated Surgical Guides

The 3D image data from our CBCT scanner feeds directly into an interactive implant planning system where each implant is virtually placed in the ideal position. Where bone anatomy, esthetic demands, or proximity to nerves and sinuses call for them, these digital plans are then used to fabricate surgical guides that direct the actual placement with significantly lower deviation than freehand or partially guided techniques. Research consistently shows that fully guided implant surgery produces the most predictable results.

Digital X-Rays

Our digital radiography system delivers diagnostic images at one-sixth the radiation exposure of traditional film X-rays. These high-resolution images enable better detection of decay between teeth, assessment of bone density and root health, and diagnosis of lesions, cysts, or trauma-related damage. Intraoral Scanner

Our intraoral scanner captures detailed 3D digital impressions of your mouth in minutes, eliminating the discomfort of traditional impression trays. The scan is displayed in real time on a monitor, allowing you to see exactly what Dr. Marlin sees and understand your treatment plan with full visual clarity.
